The Netherlands Consulate General and the organizers of the Dutch business luncheon in cooperation with PWC and Albayrak & Arslan Law Office organized a seminar on the New Turkish Commercial Code at the Palais de Hollande on 10 April 2012. The purpose of the seminar was to shed light on how the measures prescribed by the new code will affect the way business is done in Turkey.
