Handling required registrations with the authorities in the Netherlands such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Dutch Central Bank and the Dutch tax authorities.

Maintenance of the client's corporate files and records according to Dutch legislation, managing bank accounts and the execution of payment instructions.

Handling daily bookkeeping and accounting administration, preparation and filing of financial statements pursuant to Dutch legislation, filing of tax returns that are prepared by the tax advisor of the client with relevant tax authorities.
